The big surprise this morning was a sunny day with blue skies and almost no clouds. The forecast had been for rain so we were quite excited. Some random photos around Le Tréport harbor...

We made it out to the beach where we had good views of the pebbly beach and the towering white cliffs.
We took the funicular to the top of the cliffs where we had great views of Mers-Les-Bain in the distance...

We had lunch at the top of the cliff. Nice views. Simple food. We split a ham and cheese baguette, transferring all the cheese to one side for vegetarian and the ham to the other. Two satisfied people.
And the flower boxes up here were exceptional.
And we found the long staircase down the cliffs, if one were inclined to want to make the hike. We weren’t so inclined and took the funicular back down.
After we were down from the cliffs we wandered headed back towards town and found a sandbox on the beach. Because the beach is all rocks.

Then it was back to the hotel and later a walk to find dinner.
