May 23 and 24 – Two Down Days in Concarneau

We have nothing scheduled for two days as we have a lot of work to do.  Mary dealt with contacting upcoming hotels to try to arrange for parking and Paul worked on videos.

The weather has finally turned warm so when we went out for lunch we walked a bit.  One of the parking lots had about 50 Jaguar sports cars parked there, from a car club.

We stopped at this bakery to get sandwiches, but they were out of the cheese ones that Paul wanted…so we headed over to the Ville Close.

There we found a place to eat.  They had a lot of rubber duckies displayed.

The walk took us by the marina.

On Sunday we took a walk at lunchtime.  There was something going on in the nearby square…lots of musical groups taking turns playing.

We walked quite a ways on along the marina.

Saw these little boats.

We saw this gentleman sitting by the marina making items.  Look like they might be crafts to sell at a market.

When we went out for dinner in the evening the band we had seen at lunchtime was serenading the patrons at a nearby outdoor cafe.

It is quite warm today.  It hit about 85.  This after two months in the 50s and 60s.
